We reply to every enquiry within one business day, usually the same day if you write during Indian business hours. The first response comes from a senior team member who has read your message, not an automated acknowledgement.
What should I include in my first message?
A short description of what you want to build or fix, the outcome that matters most, any hard deadlines, and the systems already in place. That is enough for us to prepare properly. Do not send passwords, credentials, or sensitive personal data by email.
Do you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes. If your project is confidential, tell us in your first message and we will sign a mutual NDA before the scoping call. You can also send your own template and we will review it promptly.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute scoping call and the written summary that follows carry no cost and no obligation. Paid work begins only once you approve a scoped proposal.
Do you work with clients in other time zones?
Yes. Our team is based in India and works with clients across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We keep a daily overlap window with your working hours and agree it before the engagement starts.
What size of project do you take on?
Engagements range from a focused four to six week build to multi-year product partnerships with a dedicated team. If a project is not a good fit for us, we will say so early and point you somewhere more suitable.
